Custom Recovery Space grew out of a simple observation: Indonesia's wellness boom was importing every tub and every chiller, then waiting months for parts. Since 2021 we have built the zones - and the machines - here.
A design-and-build company for recovery spaces: saunas with Harvia heaters, ice baths in teak, cedar, terrazzo and stone, sunken pools, and our own chiller production. One contract covers design, production, installation, staff training and service - because split responsibility is how wellness zones end up half-working.
Floor plan in, placement sketch + equipment list + budget out, within two working days.
Itemised: equipment, site works, finishes, freight. Payment 40/40/20 with the last fifth after the on-site cold test.
Workshop production runs parallel to your site prep; our own crew installs and commissions.
Staff training in English and Bahasa, laminated SOPs, temperatures and timers preset.
Year one free; then a plan. Parts in Indonesia, engineer on Bali within hours.
If your space cannot ventilate a sauna, we will say so before you pay anything. If an inflatable tub serves your trial season better than terrazzo, we will recommend the cheap option - the gallery exists so you can compare. The builder. Our carpenters, our technicians, our chiller line, our warranty. Subcontractors appear only for civil works, under our supervision.

Preferred, actually - we supply shop drawings, loads and utilities early, and the zone stops being a change-order later.
