An ice bath is a simple promise - 3 to 10 degrees, whenever a guest lifts the lid. Keeping that promise in 32 °C air is engineering: insulated shells, sealed liners, and a chiller we build ourselves twenty minutes from the bench that made your tub.

Prices are tub-only, indicative; every tub needs a chiller sized to its volume - 1 HP to ~260 L, 2 HP to ~570 L. For 6-10 people at once, step up to a sunken plunge pool. All formats are photographed on real sites in the gallery.

How a wooden tub holds 3 °C without leaking

The staves you see carry the beauty; a seamless insulated liner you barely see carries the water. No metal bands, no swelling tricks, no seasonal leaks - which is why teak and cedar tubs carry the same 3-year shell warranty as stone. Wood is oiled twice a year (your staff learn this at handover); terrazzo and stone just get wiped.

Which format should a first-time buyer choose?

Testing demand: inflatable. Villa or boutique hotel: teak oval. Matching a cedar sauna: cedar barrel. High-traffic spa: terrazzo or stone. Groups: sunken pool. Send photos of the space and we will say it plainly.

How fast does the water get cold?

From 29 °C tap water, a 400 L tub with a 2 HP chiller reaches 5 °C in about 5.4 hours - then holds it. Daily use just holds temperature, which is cheap: about Rp 214 ribu/month for a lidded 400 L tub.

Can the tub live outdoors in the sun?

Yes - all formats are outdoor-rated. Shade lowers the chiller's work and your bill; we place tubs out of direct afternoon sun where the layout allows.

Ice or chiller?

Chiller. Ice is a daily cost and a temperature lottery; a chiller is a one-time cost and a set point. Nobody staffs an ice run at 6 am for long.

What is the maintenance, honestly?

Rinse-downs, a filter cartridge swap, oiling wood twice a year, water changes per the SOP. Year one our service visits do it with your staff watching.
