Nobody in this market publishes prices; we publish bands. They will not match your final quote to the rupiah - site works and finishes are real - but they will tell you today whether the project fits your budget.

Within Bali - yes for full zones. Java and other islands are quoted by route; the quote names the freight line separately, no surprises at handover.
Quotes state prices and tax treatment explicitly per project and buyer type - ask for PT-to-PT invoicing details in your quote.
Many clubs start with one tub + chiller and add the sauna next quarter. We pre-plan power and drainage for the end state so stage two never means demolition.
