Sizing is not negotiable physics: a 400 L tub in lowland heat wants 2 HP - a 1 HP unit will run flat out and still lose the afternoon. Above 4 HP (big plunge pools, multi-tub manifolds) we build to order. The configurator applies these rules automatically.

Why local production is the warranty

An imported chiller that dies in high season waits weeks for parts. Ours: boards, sensors and pumps sit on a shelf next to the assembly line, an engineer reaches Bali sites within hours, and the 2-year warranty includes labour. Every unit ships with a logged cold-soak test against its serial number. That is the whole pitch; the running-cost math (a lidded 400 L tub: ~4.9 kWh/day, ≈ Rp 214 ribu/month) is on the FAQ.

Will it work with a tub you didn't build?

Usually yes - we confirm volume, fittings and pump head first, then quote. Many clients pair our chiller with an existing pool.

How loud is it?

Comparable to a home AC outdoor unit. Placement rules (distance, pad, airflow clearance) come with the layout so bedrooms never notice it.

What electricity does it need?

1-2 HP run on quality single-phase; 4 HP prefers 3-phase. Draw is 950-3,600 W - less than most villa water heaters.

Heating too - really?

Yes, the same unit heats to 40 °C - useful for warm soak pools and for selling contrast without a second machine.

What breaks, and what does it cost me?

Honestly: pumps and sensors, occasionally. Both are stocked here and covered in-warranty including labour; out of warranty they are service-visit items, not shipping-container items.
