Production
Up to 20 chillers a month leave this floor - each one assembled, wired and cold-tested by the same four technicians who will pick up the phone if it ever misbehaves. This page is why local production is your uptime insurance.

The chiller is the heart of every ice bath in the tropics, and the part that suffers most: 32 °C ambient air, 80% humidity, salt within a kilometre of most Bali sites, PLN voltage that dips at dinner time. So we stopped reselling imported boxes and set up our own line: rotary compressors, titanium heat exchangers, our own control board and a touchscreen that shows one number - the water temperature you asked for.

An imported chiller that fails in high season waits 4-8 weeks for parts. Ours waits hours on Bali, days elsewhere - because the parts bin sits next to the assembly bench and the engineer who built your unit does the service run. That is the whole argument for buying the zone from its builder, in one sentence.

Cabins are prefabricated as panels in the workshop - cedar interiors, mahogany benches, wiring channels - then assembled on site in days, not weeks. The assembly photos in our cases are shot by our own installers on their phones; that is what real progress looks like.
Yes - many clients pair our chiller with an existing tub or pool. We confirm hydraulics fit before invoicing.
Units ship with test protocols per serial number and comply with Indonesian electrical standards; documentation for building commissioning is included for commercial projects.
By appointment, gladly - most B2B clients do before a resort-scale order.
