Why a wellness zone
Not our opinion - the industry's own numbers. A sauna next to an ice bath is the cheapest square metre you can add that guests actively pay for.
Hotels with a serious wellness offer earn +108% total revenue per available room compared to hotels without one (RLA Global × HotStats, 2024). Wellness trips are 7.8% of tourism trips but 18% of all tourism spending (Global Wellness Institute). An international wellness tourist spends 36% more per trip; a domestic one 163% more.

Our own crew installs, fills, chills and test-runs the zone, then trains your staff in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
A year of free service visits, then a maintenance plan. Spare parts are in Indonesia; on Bali an engineer reaches you within hours.
40% to start production, 40% before delivery, 20% after the cold test on site. You pay the last fifth only when the water is cold.

On Bali: about 10 working days for a single sauna + tub set, about 6 weeks for a full zone including wet works. Java 2 weeks for a set; other islands add shipping time. The process is the same everywhere.
Yes - that is exactly what a chiller is for. Our units hold 3-40 °C at ±0.3 °C even at full tropical noon, drawing about as much power as a home AC. The maths is in the chiller page.
