Not our opinion - the industry's own numbers. A sauna next to an ice bath is the cheapest square metre you can add that guests actively pay for.

Production

Saunas and tubs are built in our workshop while your site gets ready - on Bali a single set takes about 10 working days, a full zone about 6 weeks. A single set ordered in October can still be installed ahead of the December holiday season.

Installation & commissioning

Our own crew installs, fills, chills and test-runs the zone, then trains your staff in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Service

A year of free service visits, then a maintenance plan. Spare parts are in Indonesia; on Bali an engineer reaches you within hours.

Payment

40% to start production, 40% before delivery, 20% after the cold test on site. You pay the last fifth only when the water is cold.

Questions owners actually ask

How much does a wellness zone cost in Indonesia?

A villa set (2-person sauna + tub + chiller) runs Rp 195-270 juta indicative; a club zone Rp 450-700 juta; a resort zone from Rp 800 juta. Exact quotes follow a free layout. Details on the pricing page.

How long does building a wellness zone take?

On Bali: about 10 working days for a single sauna + tub set, about 6 weeks for a full zone including wet works. Java 2 weeks for a set; other islands add shipping time. The process is the same everywhere.

Does an ice bath really work in a 32 °C climate?

Yes - that is exactly what a chiller is for. Our units hold 3-40 °C at ±0.3 °C even at full tropical noon, drawing about as much power as a home AC. The maths is in the chiller page.

Which wood survives a sauna in the tropics?

Interiors: imported western red cedar or low-resin local mahogany. Exteriors and tubs: plantation teak and bengkirai. Full comparison in our wood guide.

Will it raise my nightly rate or membership price?

Industry data says yes: +14.3% nightly rate with a hot tub (AirDNA), +108% revenue per room with a real wellness offer (RLA Global), ~30% of gym members choosing a recovery tier (+$20/month, Fitness Premier case). Your own numbers depend on positioning - our hotel page shows the model.

Who maintains the zone after handover?

We do. One year of free service visits is included, spare parts are stocked in Indonesia, and on Bali an engineer reaches you within hours - your wellness zone should never be the reason a guest complains.

Can you match our brand and architecture?

That is the point of custom. Wood species, stone, terrazzo colour, lighting scenes and hardware are specified per project - see the gallery for the range of finishes.

Can we start with one ice bath and grow later?

Yes, and many clubs do. A single tub + chiller installs in a day; the zone can grow around it. Tell us the end-state and we pre-plan power and drainage so you never rebuild.

Are you a design contractor or an equipment supplier?

A design-build contractor. We draw the layout, reserve power and drainage with your engineer, build the saunas and tubs, make our own chillers, then install, commission and service the zone - one turnkey contract for a recovery zone, not a box delivery.

Can you build an ice bath and sauna facility for a studio in Canggu?

Yes — a commercial ice bath and sauna facility is our core build: multi-seat plunges, contrast circuits and ventilation engineered for back-to-back sessions, the same setup breathwork and contrast therapy studios in Canggu and Seminyak run on.

What about community sessions and day-pass economics?

We share the numbers openly: ice bath community sessions and day passes are what pay back the build — we help owners price a sauna and ice bath day pass from local benchmarks before the concrete is poured.
