For a 2-4 court club the cold side is almost always two tubs: four players leaving each court roughly every hour is up to 16 people, which two tubs cycling 6-8 players each can take. Running the zone: pricing, staff and hygiene

• Pricing: Rp 50-150 ribu per plunge protocol at the front desk, or recovery bundled into premium memberships; post-tournament packages and corporate event add-ons sell well.
• Protocol: 3 minutes at 8-10 °C, towel, sauna if you have one, repeat - about 15 minutes per player, posted on the wall.
• Staff: front-desk staff trained at handover, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, run the water log and the house rules.
• Hygiene: rinse before entry, cartridge filtration with scheduled ozone, a posted water-change SOP.
