Market analysis
+295% club growth in one year. +173% revenue per court - a world record (Playtomic). And not a single global recovery brand with a padel page. This is what an open door looks like in B2B wellness.

The numbers deserve their hype: Indonesian padel grew from a curiosity to 1,580+ new courts in 2025 alone (+295% clubs - Indonesia Padel Report 2025, Core & Court), with projections of 700+ clubs by end-2026. Commercially it is even sharper: GMV per court jumped from €2,300 to €6,300 a month (+173%) - the fastest recorded anywhere (Playtomic data). Globally the sport adds a club every 2.5 hours; Indonesia is its hottest frontier.
We checked the global field while building this site: the major commercial recovery brands run vertical pages for gyms, hotels, even the military - none for padel. In Indonesia, where padel is growing fastest, the gap is wider still. First movers get the reference projects; Bam Bam Padel in Ubud already runs five courts plus a recovery spa open to non-players - the template works.
| Club size | Zone | Indicative | Serves |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2-4 courts | 2 barrel tubs + chillers | Rp 220-270 juta | 12-16 players/h |
| 4-8 courts | club zone: + 6-p sauna + deck | Rp 450-700 juta | 20+ players/h |
| 8+ / flagship | + sunken pool, stone finish | Rp 800 juta+ | group sessions |
The corner matters more than the size: visible from the bar, next to showers, drained apron. We fit zones into dead corners weekly - the padel page has placement patterns, and the configurator prices your combination tonight.
Court economics say not yet: +173% GMV per court means demand is outrunning supply. Even a cooler market leaves clubs competing on experience - which is the recovery argument anyway.
Rp 50-150 ribu per protocol in the builds we track, or inside premium memberships. Post-tournament packages price higher.
At drawing stage: reserving power, drainage and 30 m² now costs almost nothing; retrofitting later costs a fortnight and a trench. Send plans to the contact page before you pour.
